Employers are always looking for great people, and in a tight labour market, they
can be harder to find. Using Green Sky, you get unrestricted, free visibility to
all the Flexers available for work on our database.
(What is a Flexer? Flexer is
a combination of two words - Flexible Worker. There wasn’t a word that fit everyone’s
situation, so we made one up. A Flexer is anyone available for work on Green Sky).
Many of these people are not formally looking for work, so until now, they have
been hard to find. You choose who you want to communicate with and simply send them
a message through our system. Your email address is protected, so you get to control
the communication flow
How does Green Sky Work?
– Using Green Sky’s browse/search facility, you get unrestricted visibility to all
the people available for work on our database
– You can choose one person, create a shortlist or send messages to a wider selection
of candidates. It’s all on your terms
– When you message through our system, your email address is invisible to the candidates,
so your privacy is protected
– You can communicate by messaging through Green Sky and establish whether you are
suitable for each others’ needs
– You can swap contact details with the flexer and agree to meet
– You can post a job ad and have people come to you
– All of these services are free to you. You only pay Green Sky once you are successful
in your recruitment. Our Success Fee is 2.5% of the flexer’s annual salary/wage/contract
fee. We know you are honest so we don’t invoice you - you pay this fee into our
Honesty Box.

If you see a flexer who isn’t displaying their full profile, you can view their
full profile anonymously by paying either a $2.00 or a $5.00 (excl GST) fee (depending
on the profile type you wish to see)
You can either complete the hiring process yourself, or work with a recruitment
agency for all their selection services (like reference checking, interviewing etc)
There is transparency. The candidate has been clear about their availability and
preferences; no-one is saying what they think you want to hear
