After full time education, worked for British Telecom Faults department before travelling USA and Brazil after participating in the "Camp America" programme as Camp Counsellor and Geography/Drama teacher. I then ran Administration and Accounts office for a branch of a large DIY chain, streamlining the office in addition to training/supervising check-out operators and being responsible for the running of the cash-office. I was then offered an opportunity at a local airport, during 10 years progressed to Lead Agent, Load Control, Aircraft Dispatch and Operations Supervisor roles, including a role with a regional airline as Operations officer and flight planner, before returning to ground handlingas Passenger Services Supervisor and Trainer; which entailed re-writing the training course to suit a growing company; updating and maintaining training records to CAA and IATA standards.
Since moving to New Zealand have been working in Airline reservations.
