I love the challenge of being involved in the setup of a new business or helping tweak one to make it a great business. I'm very customer oriented and believe that good service brought about by good staff training is the best way to enhance any business. A good product is a given.
I'm also a systems person as, without them, it is difficult to establish or maintain a good business. I'm a good administrator, thorough but flexible. I try to think outside the square and constantly try to improve products and services.
