I have been employed by the BNZ as a Customer Services Officer for 15 years. I have recently been made redundant due to the loss of the tender at Christchurch Airport. I thoroughly enjoy working in customer services in the banking industry and have gained valuable experience in this area. My customer service skills are of an excellent standard and I pride myself on my ability to gain rapport with customers of all cultures and age brackets. I am familiar with the Treaty of Waitangi and basic Maori tikanga and have a good knowledge of other cultures and their currencies.
I have been married for 30 years and have three adult children and two grandchildren. My interests include spending time with my family and grandchildren, watching sports, playing tennis and gardening.
