I have always had a “do it once, do it right” mindset, and find that I am continually gaining new skills through tasks given to me by employers.
For me, office work is not so much about the technical aspect of the tasks required (if you can’t already do them, it’s no problem to learn them), but rather about the team you’re working with and the company culture. I like working with people who are friendly and inclusive, who get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible, but can have fun.
I like working with people who communicate openly and directly, as I try to do. I hold firm opinions on most subjects, but always respect others' points of view. I consider I have a good sense of humour, although it can be dry.
