I have a strong back ground in business management, retail and people development. The teams I have lead are from 15 to 80 members. In each position I have held I have achieved results had have been unmatched previously. I give 100% to each task and I expect the same from my team. I enjoy a good laugh, but I know what is needed to complete a job efficiently and accurately. I excel at administration and systems that give you an advantage over the others.
I have been working for 24 years with Farmers, but decided it was time for a change of company, if not vocation.
