I am a 39 year old father of 3, this year I will have celebrate 40 years of life, 10 years of Marriage and 10 years working for the same employer.
To keep a healthy balance between work and life I commute on my road bike 3 days a week to keep fit as well as riding my MTB bike when possible including the occasional race. On a oncall basis I also fill in on Indoor/outdoor cricket teams.
Our children are of the up most importance to me and I take an active roll in looking after them as well as the Sunday morning soccer runs, I am involved the local school and kindy as a friend of the committee.
For relaxation I like to spend marriage time with my wife, read fantasy, thriller, suspense and adventure fiction and play the guitar( kids and I often play bands).
