Maya has been practicing meditation and mindfulness for more than a decade. She trained with a number of respected meditation masters and learned a variety of mediation techniques. She was ordained as a Buddhist nun for two years. Since then she has been committed to bringing the meditation and mindfulness into everyday life and workplace. She presents meditation instructions with clarity, simplicity and humour in a way that is acceptable to wide range of people. Maya also offers insight coaching,, a unique thought provoking process that creates powerful insights which help you maximise your personal and professional potential.
