My Background
Central to my career has been customer services mainly in the print industry (manufacturing/wholesalers) but also the motor trade, construction, apparel industry and stationery suppliers.
From early beginnings as the office junior, to reception, to marketing support & customer services, to export sales assistant and account management, to my latest role - sales account representative. Alongside this is my experience in accounts, marketing, warehousing, and deliveries. I have travelled most of New Zealand in my various roles.

Customer service is my forte - my passion - providing excellent service, keeping a customer updated on the progress of their orders, following through with enquiries and after sales service ensuring the client is happy with the product / service they requested.
