I set up my first business in 1991, specialising in domestic interior design. My workbase grew to include commercial and retail projects. These included hairdressing salons, fashion outlets and restaurant/bars. Domestic work is still my specialty. My perfect client is one who asks for help at the beginning of the project rather than later when certain steps have been taken and are often already literally set in concrete! The best results come from a co-operative effort between architect, designer, and client. I am an efficient designer and an excellent project manager. I work with the client rather than for the client. This takes the stress away, delivers the right design and keeps the project flowing. And it will save rather than cost money. The singular design vision that the designer creates with the client is after all the aim of the project. I am also a friendly person who communicates well.
