Being involved heavily with ISO9002 whilst at the Automobile Association and then adapting that system when I was contracted as PA to the Prison Manager of Auckland Central Remand Prison.

Being able to do almost anything I set my mind to and using my skills learned over the years and having the knowledge and the "smarts" to be able to just go into a job and get it done.
