Enthusiastic, energetic and a real people person, I enjoy the dynamics of working within a team environment, but also work well autonomously. With first rate time management, organisational and communication skills, I thrive on the challenge of learning new skills, finding superior solutions to tricky problems, managing projects, liaising with the business, as well as meeting and exceeding staff and customer’s expectations.
My strong customer focus is enhanced by my first rate problem solving, troubleshooting, researching and decision making skills. I have a strong work ethic, a high work standard and my extensive Application Support background gives me proven experience at picking up new applications quickly.
I have the confidence, skill set and determination to succeed at anything I put my mind to. I am currently working towards completing the last 2 papers for the NZIM Diploma in Management through the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand.
